Nicole Lambrou

As a consultant and coach, Nicole partners with organizations, teams, and individuals to help them realize their potential, be more effective and support growth. She has experience as an internal practitioner, external consultant, and executive coach.

Nicole has designed, developed, and delivered a broad range of initiatives, including new employee integration, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, measurement, engagement, and retention solutions. Drawing on her understanding of human behavior and experience in working with organizations, Nicole successfully balances the use of research-based approaches by developing customized applications that are simple and easy to use.

Nicole serves a client base that is diverse in size, industry, and location. She has experience working with clients in the Consumer Product, Retail, Entertainment, Finance, Manufacturing, Transportation, Safety, Service, Pharmaceutical, Health Care, Utility, Technology, and Nonprofit industries.

Starting her career as a Strategic HR consultant, Nicole has also held various internal roles within consumer products, retail, and apparel companies including PepsiCo, Williams-Sonoma Inc., and Levi Strauss & Co, as well as nonprofit Consulting.

Nicole is an Emeritus Advisory Board member of Oasis for Girls and previously served as the Advisory Board Chair. She is a current member of Spark, Women for Women International, and other nonprofit organizations. Nicole provides pro bono consulting and coaching services to several nonprofit startup organizations. She speaks conversational Greek, beginner Spanish and is learning Italian, violin, and flamenco. Nicole is leading and producing a project on ‘Connection’ as a resident artist at The Red Poppy Art House in San Francisco.

Nicole is certified on the full suite of Lominger Limited Leadership Architect® products, Myers Briggs Step II, as well as several other assessment and development tools. She is a certified New Ventures West (NVW) Integral Coach and has served on the NVW faculty as a mentor of the Professional Coaching Course. Nicole is an Independent Associate of Lominger International, A KornFerry Co. She holds a Ph.D. from Hofstra University in New York
