Audrey Finci is a Strategic Change Management executive who works with C-suite leaders, in defining and leading initiatives that result in transformational change — turnarounds, mergers, acquisitions, and organizational capability development.
Most recently, Ms. Finci worked with Levi Strauss & Company as Vice President of Business Transformation. In that role, she led the company’s organizational transformation on behalf of the CEO and Worldwide Leadership Team. She was accountable for architecting and leading the company’s efforts to align strategy with processes, structure, decision rights, metrics, incentives and talent while concurrently reducing SG&A expenses by 6 percentage points.
Prior to that, Ms. Finci was Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations for Gap Inc. In that role, she lead the company’s Financial Turnaround Program Management Office and was accountable for successfully implementing $450 million in sustainable cost savings.
Before that, Ms. Finci was a Strategic Change Management consultant and member of the Hewlett Packard/Compaq merger integration team. In that role she was responsible for establishing the executive Balanced Scorecard performance measurement system, redesigning the corporate Strategic Planning Process and developing the New Initiative Process for the $75 billion technology and services company.
Prior to that, Ms. Finci spent 11 years with the Walt Disney Company in the high-growth Consumer Products Division. Within Consumer Products, she held a number of leadership positions including Executive Vice President of Disney Direct Marketing, Walt Disney Art Classics and Division Operations & Technology; and Chief Financial Officer for the US & Canada Region. During her tenure with Disney, Ms. Finci was involved in the launch and growth of 4 new businesses, the acquisition of three companies, and the reorganization/repositioning of the Operations and IT functions.
Ms. Finci has a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. She is a CPA in the state of California.
Throughout Ms. Finci’s career, she has established a reputation for successfully leading and executing strategic, large-scale change efforts through her industry and functional breadth, results-driven orientation and experience both as a senior line executive and a consultant. Senior executives connect with her as she has “sat in their chair” and she uses that knowledge to design and drive sound transformation plans.
