Myron E. (Mike) Ullman is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J C Penney Company since December 2004. From 1999 until January 2002, he served as Directeur General, Group Managing Director of LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton the world's largest and leading luxury goods manufacturer and retailer based in Paris, France. From 1995 until 1999 Mr. Ullman served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DFS Group Limited, the travel retailer, majority owned by LVMH. Mr. Ullman served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of R.H. Macy & Co., Inc. from May 1992 to January 1995. Mr. Ullman serves as a director of Starbucks Coffee Company, Polo Ralph Lauren Corporation, Segway, LLC and as an advisor to Kendall Jackson Wine Estates. Mr. Ullman is a director of UCSF Medical Center Executive Board and is Chairman of the Board of Mercy Ships International - a global medical and human services charity.
