As a Consultant with Jackson Hole Group, Nicole partners with organizations, teams, and individuals to help them realize their potential, maximize effectiveness, and drive growth. She has worked as an internal practitioner, external consultant, and executive coach, and has led global organization and talent development strategies. Nicole has designed, developed, and delivered a broad range of initiatives, including new employee integration, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, measurement, engagement, and retention solutions.


Drawing on her understanding of human behavior and experience in working with organizations, Nicole successfully balances the use of research-based approaches by developing customized applications that are simple and easy to use.


Nicole has held various internal roles with consumer product, retail, and apparel companies including PepsiCo, Williams-Sonoma Inc., and Levi Strauss & Co. She began her career as a management consultant working with organizations to develop a range of HR solutions. She has experience with clients in the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Product, Retail, Entertainment, Finance, Manufacturing, Health, Technology, and Nonprofit industries.


Nicole is an Emeritus Advisory Board member of Oasis for Girls and previously served as the Advisory Board Chair. She is also a current founding member of Spark.


Nicole is certified on the full suite of Lominger Limited Leadership Architect® products, Myers Briggs Step II, as well as several other assessment and development tools. She is a certified New Ventures West Integral Coach and is also an independent associate of Lominger International, a Korn/Ferry Co. Nicole holds a Ph.D. from Hofstra University in New York.
