Lauren M. Doliva is a Senior Partner with Heidrick & Struggles and a member
of the firm's Board of Directors and Consumer Practices. Since 1984, she has successfully represented clients across a broad spectrum of organizations including venture-backed startups and large publicly held corporations in consumer, media and technology driven businesses. Currently Dr. Doliva serves on the firm's Global Nominating Committee and the Global Partnership Council. She also serves on Acacia Venture Partner's Executive Advisory Board and the advisory board for Silicon Valley Association for Startup Entrepreneurs and the Health Technology Center. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Dr. Doliva spent three years at Lucasfilm, Ltd. working with the corporate entity as well as emerging divisions such as Pixar, the Droid Works, Sprocket Systems and ILM. The San Francisio Business Times recently recognized Dr. Doliva as one of the "Top 100 Most Influential Women in Business". Dr. Doliva received her PhD in Counseling Psychology from University of California, Berkeley; MA in teaching from Harvard University, and BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
