Ken Pelowski's background includes a mix of startup and corporate management experience. Prior to co-founding Pinnacle Ventures, Mr. Pelowski was an entrepreneur-in-residence at Redpoint Ventures. Before that, Mr. Pelowski was COO and CFO of GetThere (a Brentwood Venture Capital/USVP portfolio company) that was sold to Sabre for $750 million. At GetThere, he led the company through its IPO in 1999 and its sale to Sabre. Before joining GetThere, Mr. Pelowski was EVP and CFO of Preview Travel (a Kleiner Perkins portfolio company) and led Preview's IPO in 1998. Before joining Preview Travel, Mr. Pelowski was VP of Corporate Development at General Instruments and VP of Corporate Planning and Development at Quantum Corporation. Mr. Pelowski has held senior management roles at Sun Microsystems and Intel. He received his BS in Engineering and MBA from the University of Michigan.
