Homa Bahrami, PhD is an international educator, advisor, and author, specializing in global knowledge workers and knowledge-based enterprises. A Senior Lecturer at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, Dr. Bahrami was previously at the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. Her research, teaching, and consulting focus on new approaches to organizational design in global knowledge-based enterprises, and effective approaches for guiding, leading and engaging multi-cultural knowledge workers. She is the co-author of a major textbook (with Harold Leavitt): Managerial Psychology: Managing Behavior in Organizations. Her forthcoming book on global knowledge enterprises will be published this year. Dr. Bahrami is active in executive education, executive development, and executive coaching in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. She works with senior executive teams on complex organizational challenges and, in addition, serves on several advisory boards of emerging companies in Silicon Valley and Europe.
