When we founded the Jackson Hole Group, it was with the firm belief that companies and individual executives could benefit from having discreet access to other senior executives who have sat in their seats and experienced their challenges.

In our executive lives we all shared a special interest in the development of people, and optimization of organizational effectiveness through those people.
